Oskaloosa High School is organized on a trimester schedule.

Graduation requirements include:
English 12 Trimesters (4 years)
Social Studies 9 Trimesters (3 years)
Science 6 Trimesters (2 years minimum)
Math 6 Trimesters (2 years minimum)
Physical Education/ Health 12 Trimesters
Fine Arts 1 Trimester
Vocational 1 Trimester

High School Highlights Include:
• Advanced Placement courses in English, Biology, Government
• Dual Credit available for: Advanced Chemistry, Calculus, Accounting, Music Theory, and numerous Vocational Courses
• “Iowa TOP 50 School” as recognized by the Belin Blank International Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development for 2004-05 school year, based on the number of students taking Advanced Placement Exams.
